Cancellation & Refund Policy

Subscriptions (Pro and Agency)
You can cancel your subscription at any time from Billing, or by emailing support. When you cancel, your plan stays active until the end of the period you have already paid for, and you will not be charged again. We do not provide refunds or credits for the unused portion of a current billing period (monthly or annual). You keep full access until the period ends, then your account moves to the free plan. Your data and scan history are preserved on the free plan.
One-time Full Report ($39)
The $39 Full Report is a digital product that is delivered instantly when you unlock it. Once the report has been generated and made available to you, the purchase is non-refundable, because the value has already been delivered.
Billing errors and duplicate charges
If you were double-charged, charged after cancelling, or billed in error, contact support and we will refund the incorrect charge promptly.
How to cancel
Go to Billing and select "Cancel subscription." Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current period. You can also email support and we will cancel it for you.
Questions or disputes
If you are unhappy with a charge, please contact support before opening a dispute with your card issuer. We would rather make it right directly. Reach us at hello@exceleratorai.com.
